姜良铎辨治老年感染相关发热性疾病的用药特点及临证思路

Clinical characteristics and methods of JIANG Liang-duo for fever related with infection in the elderly

目的总结姜良铎教授对于老年感染相关发热性疾病特殊性的认识,以及治疗中的用药特点及辨证思路。方法收集姜良铎教授门诊治疗老年发热性疾病处方,对其药物品种、类别及药物配伍联系用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果共收集处方477张,使用中药18类211种,以清热药和补虚药为主,其中清热药使用频次多于补虚药,但补虚药的使用种类多于清热药。结论姜良铎教授治疗老年热病用药以清热药和补虚药为主,体现了泻实为主、补虚为辅的用药特点,切合老年热病具有本虚的内伤基础的病机特点。

Objective To summarize the Professor JIANG Liang-duo＇ s understanding on the specificity of fever related with infection in the elderly as well as the clinical characteristics and methods in treatment. Methods The outpatient prescriptions of Professor Jiang Liang-duo for fever in the elderly were collected, and SPSS 20. 0 statistical software was used to analyze the category, type and compatibility of Chinese medicine. Results A total of 477 prescriptions were collected, including 211 kinds of Chinese medicine. Of them, heat-clearing drugs and restoring deficiency drugs were mostly used. The frequency of heat-clearing drugs was higher than that of restoring deficiency drugs, but the type of restoring deficiency drugs was higher than that of heat-clearing drugs. Conclusion The Chinese medicine treatment of Professor Jiang Liang-duo for fever in the elderly was mostly consisted of heat-clearing drugs and restoring deficiency drugs, indicating a clinical characteristic of ＂reducing excess as the principal and reinforcing deficiency as subsidiary＂ , which met the pathogenic characteristics of fever in the elderly.
