摘要
本文通过问卷调查、访谈和观察分析法,以参加"全国高师学生英语教师职业技能竞赛"的582名学生为对象,对其实效进行实证研究。研究结果表明:参加竞赛提升了学生职业情感和职业技能、提升了学生职业行为倾向、促进了专业优化建设、提高了学生的就业率和就业质量。本研究为高等院校英语教育寻求切实可行、行之有效的教育教学模式提供启示,为其培养合格的英语教师提供智力帮助。
This thesis is to analyze the benefits of participating the National Teaching Skills Contest for the English Majors of Normal Colleges and Institutes by questionnaire and interviews. 582 students were chosen as the objects who have experienced the contest. The survey found that the students' occupational emotion, skills and occupational tendency have been improved greatly by the contest. It also found that the contest can improve the construction of the major as well as the employment of the graduates. The results will be helpful for the innovation of teaching model and teaching practice of colleges and institutes so as to cultivate potential qualified English teachers.
