摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立汽车球铰橡胶密封防尘罩的三维分析模型,模拟防尘罩的装配和摆动过程,研究防尘罩在摆动工况下接触压强的变化和轮廓形状的变化。阐述了防尘罩的3种结构设计失效机制,并对两种橡胶本构模型MooneyRivlin和Ogden进行理论阐述和单轴拉伸试验数据的测试拟合。研究结果表明:防尘罩的接触压强在摆动时有较强的非线性变化,说明防尘罩在摆动中产生的变形会影响密封;防尘罩在摆动中外轮廓与转向节无干涉,密封结构设计能满足需求。 3D model of ball joint rubber seal dust cover was set up by using ABAQUS software platform, and the process of assembly and swing was simulated. The contact pressure and outline changes of the dust cover in swing working condition were studied. The failure principles of the three types structure design for dust cover were explained. Two kinds of rubber constitutive model Mooney-Rivlin and Ogden were de- scribed, and fitting aiming at the data of uniaxial tension test was done. The research results show that the dust cover contact pressure has great nonlinear change in oscillation, illustrating the dust cover deformation in oscillating affects the seal. The outline of dust cover in swinging can' t intervene with steering knuckle, so sealing structure design can meet the demand.
