摘要
滚柱丝杠副是一种可以将旋转运动转换为直线运动的传动装置,被广泛应用于汽车行业、航空机械和武器装备以及石油、化工、机床等领域,并成为国内外研究热点。介绍了3种类型滚柱副的工作原理,并利用强大的专利检索系统(S系统)中的CNABS、SIPOABS、DWPI等数据库从多方面对滚柱丝杠专利进行了统计分析和梳理,从国内外专利申请趋势、申请人以及关键技术专利等方面进行深入分析。通过分析相关数据,为我国滚柱丝杠领域的技术发展和专利申请提供参考,并给出相关发展建议。
The roller screw is a mechanical transmission device converting rotary motion into linear motion or vice versa, which is widely used in aviation machinery and weaponry as well as vehicle industry, petroleum, chemicals, machine tools and other fields, and has become the domestic and foreign research focus. The working principles of three kinds of roller screw pair were introduced. Global roller screw patents were collected and statistical analyzed by the specialized patent searching and analyzing platform of S system, that including CNABS, SIPO- ABS, DWPI and other databases. The research status and developmental trend of roller screw were summarized from the aspects of domestic and international time trends, national distribution, technical branches distribution, applicant distribution and key technology patents. Based on the summaries and related analysis, some suggestions were presented for future miler screw research and development in China.
