有机硅与聚磷酸铵在环氧树脂基体中的协效阻燃性 被引量:4

摘要 通过将复配阻燃剂有机硅FCA-117引入聚磷酸铵阻燃环氧树脂体系制备了无卤阻燃环氧树脂,研究了有机硅与密胺包覆聚磷酸铵(MFAPP)的协效性对环氧树脂(EP)阻燃性能的影响。研究表明,FCA-117与MFAPP具有明显的协效阻燃作用。添加1%有机硅阻燃剂FCA-117,能够在减少5%MFAPP使用量的同时达到UL94-V0级,并能够降低MFAPP对环氧树脂力学性能带来的负面影响。热重分析(TGA)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)及扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,FCA-117的加入可提高残炭量及炭层的性能。这主要是由于有机硅与MFAPP共同作用,在燃烧过程中生成了含有磷、硅元素的复合无机炭层,这种炭层强度更高、阻隔性更好,从而提升了材料的阻燃性能。 The flame retarding synergism of silicone FCA-117 with melamine-coated ammonium polyphosphate(MFAPP)was investigated in epoxy resin.Results show that FCA-117 exhibites synergistic flame-retarding effect with MFAPP.By adding 1% FCA-117,the flame retarding system reaches UL94-V0 rank with only 10% MFAPP;moreover,the side effect on mechanical properties caused by MFAPP reduces.According to thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscope( SEM) ,FCA-117 improves the mass and properties of charred layer because of the synergistic effect of silicone and MFAPP during combustion.They degrade to generate ceramic compounds containing phosphorus and silicon elements, which improves the flame-retarding effect by reinforcing mechanical properties and insulating effect of charred layer.
