摘要
指出现行规范针对底部框-剪结构、上部框架结构的抗震鉴定还没有一个明确的规定,造成不同检测人员对此类结构采用不同的鉴定条文的现象。为此,通过采用杆系-层间模型对剪力墙在底部高度不同的、剪力墙刚度中断的框-剪结构模型进行地震响应及柱配筋分析,给出了针对此类结构的抗震鉴定的一些建议;并通过一个实际工程的抗震鉴定,为此类结构的抗震鉴定提供一定的参考。
The paper showed that current specifications have no specified seismic appraisal of the frame structure supported on frame-shear wall. It results in the phenomenon that different inspectors adopt different certification norms to evaluate the same structure. In light of this, this paper adopted the member-relative storey model to analyze the seismic response and the column reinforcement in the frame-shear structure where the bottom height of the shear wall varies and the rigidity is interrupted. And it offered some advice on seismic appraisal of such structures. Besides, the thesis provided some reference for the anti-seismic performance certification of similar structures with a real engineering.
