摘要 对比研究了机制砂中不同凝灰岩粉含量对混凝土氯离子结合能力和临界氯离子浓度两个耐久性关键参数的影响。研究结果表明,掺入一定量的凝灰岩粉后,混凝土的氯离子结合能力有明显改善,氯离子结合总量、化学结合量和物理吸附量均高于基准样。与天然河砂相比,随着机制砂中凝灰岩粉含量的增加,试件中钢筋的临界氯离子浓度虽有一定程度的降低,但钢筋发生锈蚀的时间明显延长,提高了混凝土的使用寿命。 The effects of different contents of tuff powder in manufactured sand on the chloride binding capacity and chloride threshold level were investigated respectively. The results indicated that the chloride binding capacity in concrete got significantly improved with a certain amount of tuff powder added. The total amount of chloride binding, chemical binding and physical adsorption were better than control. Although the chloride threshold levels for corrosion were found to decrease with increasing tuff powder content, the time-to-corrosion of steel was delayed and the service life of concrete increased.
