摘要
采用石煤提钒酸浸渣为原料烧制硅酸盐水泥熟料,分别设计了11组熟料组成在1350℃、1400℃和1450℃下进行煅烧,通过差热分析解析酸浸渣配料煅烧熟料的形成过程,用X射线衍射分析了熟料的矿物组成以及水泥水化产物组成,采用扫描电镜分析了矿物的晶体形态。实验表明:利用提钒酸浸渣配料能提高熟料的易烧性,促进熟料矿物的形成。提钒酸浸渣掺量为20%时,所生产的熟料的有利氧化钙含量小于1.0%,矿物形成良好,水泥的水化热达到国家标准。
Stone coal acid-leaching vanadium slag was used to prepare portland cement clinker. Clinker of 11 different kinds of compositions was calcined in 1350 ℃ , 1400 ℃ and 1450℃. The formation mechanism was studied by differential thermal analysis ( DTA ). The contents of clinker and hydrated cement were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Morphology was confirmed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results demonstrate that adopting vanadium slag improves burnability and facilitate clinker formation. With 20% vanadium slag addition, the clinker forms well with less than 1.0% free CaO and it meets the national standards.
