摘要
研究了赤泥对碱矿渣水泥固化体(AASS)以及硅酸盐水泥固化体(PCS)在力学性能、Cs+浸出性能、抗冻融性能、抗冲击性能以及干燥收缩性能方面的影响。试验结果表明:赤泥对碱矿渣水泥的流动性影响不大,而赤泥严重影响PCS的流动性,掺入30%时流动度降低51.9%。10%赤泥掺量有利于PCS和AASS的力学性能,继续提高掺量则不利于固化体的力学性能。当赤泥掺量低于30%时可降低AASS中Cs+的浸出性,PCS的浸出性随赤泥掺量的增加而提高。AASS的抗冻融性能及抗冲击性能均满足相关标准要求。赤泥提高了AASS的干燥收缩率。将赤泥用于碱矿渣水泥固化体具有可行性。
This work studies on the influence of red mud on mechanical property, Cs+ leaching performance, freezing-thawing resisting performance, impact resistance and drying shrinkage of alkali- activated slag cement solidified specimen (AASS) and Portland cement solidified specimen (PCS). The results indicate that there is no obvious influence on the fluidity of AASS with the replacement of red mud. While red mud impacts fluidity of PCS seriously, 30% content of red mud lowers fluidity by 51.9%. 10% content of red mud would promote mechanical property of PCS and AASS, while higher mixing content follow-up is harmful. Lower than 30% mixture of red mud reduces the Cs+ leachability of AASS. However, red mud is detrimental to leachability of PCS. The AASS meet the relevant standard about freezing-thawing resisting performance and impact resistance. The drying shrinkage of AASS increases with the replacement of red mud. Red mud is practicable used in alkali-activated slag cement solidified waste.
