摘要 泌尿系感染（UTIs）指致病菌侵袭肾脏、输尿管、膀胱和尿道等泌尿系统部位而导致感染的总称，又称为尿路感染。临床上常见感染性疾病中泌尿系感染约占10％．其中医院内感染占有较大比重，这与临床侵入性操作及抗菌药物滥用．尤其广谱抗生素的长期使用密切相关。尽管革兰氏阴性杆菌，如大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、
