双滑板平动回转压缩机热力及动力学性能研究

摘要 建立了双滑板平动回转压缩机的热力学和动力学模型,通过Matlab编程模拟了该压缩机在运转过程中温度、压力变化规律,通过压力参数计算出轴径向受力,并比较了有无弹簧对该结构轴承造成的影响。结果表明双滑板结构比单滑片在理论输气量上提高了67.6%,增设弹簧虽然使轴径向受力更加大,而且合力方向趋于集中,容易造成轴承偏磨严重,润滑不佳,但增设弹簧必然加强滑板的密封效果。 The thermodynamic and dynamic model for the double vane translational rotary compressor was firstly established. Then the temperature and the pressure during the operation of the compressor were simulated with Matlab. The radial force on the shaft can be calculated combined with the pressure, and the impact of spring on the bearing was compared. The results show that the double slide structure than single vane on the theoretical capacity increases by 67.6%. If adding the spring, it although will make the radial force on the shaft increase and grow more concentrated, which will make the bearing concentrated wear heavier and lubrication worse, it also can strengthen the sealing.
