摘要 针对往复压缩机部分行程顶开进气阀气量调节方法,分析推导了排气量计算公式,确定了被动式气量调节比例与气阀顶开力之间的数值关系。基于MATLAB的GUI功能,设计了用户界面,为快速准确的完成气阀顶开力设计提供一种可行的方法。 This paper analyzed and deduced the capacity formula of the regulation method with depressing suction valve in reciprocating compressor. The numerical relationship between regulation ratio and pressing-off force was determined. Based on MATLAB GUI functionality, the user interface was designed for providing a feasible method for accurately and rapidly determining regulation program.
