摘要
[目的]开发驱蚊剂N,N-二乙基间甲基苯甲酰胺(DETA)的合成新路线。[方法]以固体光气为绿色酰氯化试剂,吡啶为缚酸剂和引发剂,以间甲基苯甲酸、二乙胺为原料,采用一锅法合成驱蚊剂N,N-二乙基间甲基苯甲酰胺。[结果]在优化的反应条件下,N,N-二乙基间甲基苯甲酰胺的收率为97.6%,纯度大于99%。[结论]该合成方法反应条件温和,反应时间短,产率高,为N,N-二乙基间甲基苯甲酰胺的合成提供了新的方法。
[Aims] This article aims to develop a new synthetic route to N,N-diethyl-3-methyl-benzamide. [Methods] The synthesis of N,N-diethyl-3-methyl-benzamide using m-toluic acid, triphosgene, pyridine and diethylamine as starting materials was carried out in one pot. [Results] Under the optimal reaction conditions, the yield of N,N-diethyl-3-methyl-benzamide was 97.6% based on m-toluic acid with 99% of purity. [Conclusions] The simple procedure, mild condition and high yield make this protocol more attractive for the synthesis of N,N-diethyl-3-methyl-benzamide.
