长枝木霉T6发酵液稳定性及粗提物抑菌活性 被引量:10

Stability and Antimicrobial Activity of the Extract of Fermentation Liquor from Trichoderma longibrachiatum T6

摘要 [目的]明确长枝木霉T6菌株发酵液在不同环境下的稳定性及其粗提物的抑菌活性。[方法]以苹果树腐烂病菌为指示菌,采用生长速率法测定发酵液在不同条件下的稳定性,并以11种植物病原菌物为供试菌,研究发酵液粗提物的抑菌活性。[结果]稳定性试验表明:发酵液耐121℃高温,耐强酸强碱,自然光及紫外光处理对其抑菌活性无影响;在4℃及常温下可储存至少60 d以上保持活性不变。抑菌试验表明:发酵液粗提物对苹果树腐烂病菌、苹果树斑点落叶病菌、油菜根腐病菌和立枯丝核菌菌丝生长具有较强的抑制作用,其抑制率分别为100%、93.32%、92.35%和91.49%。[结论]长枝木霉T6菌株代谢产物具有较强的稳定性和广谱的抑菌活性。 [Aims] The aims were to study the stability and antimicrobial activity of the extract of fermentation broth from Trichoderma longibrachiatum T6 strain. [Methods] Growth rate method was used to determine stability of the fermentation broth against Valsa mail under different conditions. And the antibacterial activity of the extract against 11 plant pathogens was tested. [Results] Stability tests showed that the fermentation broth could endure the treatment of121 ℃, strong acid, strong alkali, light and ultraviolet; fermentation broth could be stored at 4 ℃ and normal temperature for at least 60 days, and the active remained unchanged. Antimicrobial tests showed that the extract exhibited the inhibiting effects on V alsa mali, Alternaria mali, Fusarium semitectum and Rhizoctonia solani, with the inhibitory rates of 100, 93.32, 92.35 and 91.49%, respectively. [Conclusions] The metabolites of T. longibrachiatum T6 strain have good stability and broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.
