35%吡唑醚菌酯·氟环唑悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]建立高效液相色谱分离测定35%吡唑醚菌酯·氟环唑悬浮剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。[方法]采用Agilent XDB C18柱和二极管阵列检测器,以甲醇-水溶液为流动相,同时测定试样中吡唑醚菌酯和氟环唑的含量。[结果]吡唑醚菌酯和氟环唑在100~500 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.999 7、0.999 6;标准偏差分别为0.052、0.044;RSD分别为0.20%、0.42%;平均回收率分别为99.81%、99.74%。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定吡唑醚菌酯和氟环唑含量。 [Aims] The HPLC method for the determination of active ingredient content in pyraclostrobin·epoxiconazole35% SC was established. [Methods] The simultaneous determination of pyraclostrobin and epoxiconazole in the samples was conducted with Agilent XDB C18 column and diode array detector, while the mixture solution of methanol and water was used as the mobile phase. [Results] The results showed good linear relationship for pyraclostrobin and epoxiconazole between 100 and 500 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 7 and 0.999 6; the standard deviations were 0.052 and 0.044; the relative standard deviations were 0.20 and 0.42%; the average recovery rates were 99.81 and 99.74%,respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, convenient, good separating effect, high precision and accuracy, which can be used in the simultaneous determination of pyraclostrobin and epoxiconazole.
