开斜槽纵-扭复合振动阶梯形变幅杆设计 被引量:2

摘要 基于声波传播基本理论,探讨了单激励下斜槽传振杆实现纵-扭复合振动的机制。采用有限元分析方法研究了阶梯形复合变幅杆结构尺寸对其固有频率的影响规律,设计出了谐振频率在20 k Hz左右的纵-扭复合振动变幅杆。研究结果表明:谐振频率为20 498 Hz时该变幅杆能在纵向振动单激励下实现纵-扭复合振动,且振幅呈周期性变化。此研究结果可应用于超声纵-扭复合振动加工声学系统的设计。 Based on the theory of acoustic propagation, the mechanism of longitudinal-torsional vibration ( LTV) by the vibration rod with multiple diagonal slits ( MDS) under single excitation was explored. Using finite element analysis method, the influence rules of the composite stepped horn’ s structural parameters on the natural frequency were studied. And the horn of longitudinal-torsional vi-bration ( LTV) with 20 kHz resonant frequency was designed. The research results indicate that longitudinal-torsional vibration ( LTV) can be realized under single excitation of longitudinal vibration when resonant frequency is 20 498 Hz, and the amplitude varies period-ically. The results can be applied in the design of acoustic system of ultrasonic machining with longitudinal-torsional vibration ( LTV) .
