平地机辅助转向液压系统设计

Design of Assisted Steering Hydraulic System for Motor Grader

保留了传统的操作方向盘转向的方式,在平地机作业装置负载敏感液压系统中增加一个辅助转向液压系统。这样,可以同步进行作业与转向,提升了平地机的工作效率。同时,考虑行驶安全性,在采用辅助转向时,对平地机进行了限速保护。

Retaining the traditional way of operating the steering wheel to steer, an assistant steering hydraulic system was added in the grader operating load sensing hydraulic system. In this way, operations could be carried out simultaneously with steering, so the work efficiency of the grader was improved. At the same time, considering the driving safety, the motor grader was overspeed protected when using assistant steering.
