摘要 一般的液压传动系统,约一半以上的输入功率转化为热能而损耗掉。因此,低能耗、高效率是衡量液压系统性能的一项重要指标。介绍一种基于节能、环保理念研发的,具有三级液体压力输出的双作用式气-液增压装置(泵)的工作原理,对其工作特性进行分析,给出主要参数的计算;并探讨了系统功率保全的原理和提高液压泵使用寿命的方法。 About half input power of general hydraulic power transmission system will be changed into heat energy and lost. Therefore low energy consumption with high efficiency is a very important target to evaluate a hydraulic system. The work principle of a new double-acting pneumatic-hydraulic pressure amplifier with three level pressure output was introduced which was designed based on the idea of energy saving and pro-environment. Its running characteristic was analyzed and its main parameters were calculated. A detail analysis on how to maintain power and increase use-life was made.
