摘要 针对EM5060雕铣机床的控制要求,提出基于华中数控系统的控制方案。硬件以HNC-210B华中数控装置为基础,软件以HNC-08M华中数控系统为基础,并利用脉冲串控制方式实现与SANYO交流伺服驱动的连接与匹配,完成了3个基本伺服轴的半闭环控制。利用10 V模拟接口控制VFD-M台达变频器,驱动电主轴。机床输入输出全部使用远程I/O。实际运行证明机床的数控改造成功。 In order to meet the requirements on EM5060 engraving and milling machine, the control scheme based on Huazhong NC system was put forward. Its hardware was based on HNC-210B numerical control unit, its software was based on HNC-08M numeri-cal control system. The pulse string control mode was applied for the feed servo drive. The incremental position encoders were equipped for semi close-loop control. Electric spindle was driven by VFD-M DELTA inverter which was controlled through 10V analog interface. The remote I/O was applied for the machine. The practical application shows that the CNC rebuilding is successful.
