摘要
针对现阶段摊铺机工作过程中发动机工作效率偏低、能耗较高的情况,提出了摊铺机功率自适应控制系统。该系统是根据不同摊铺宽度时需要发动机功率的差异,来划定油门开度,并对每个油门开度下的螺旋输送系统和行走系统进行功率的合理分配,以保证发动机始终工作在调速曲线上且转速稳定,使其输出功率平稳且得到合理的利用。基于功率自适应原理,对摊铺机各主要组成部分进行了功率分析;在此基础上,利用摊铺机功率自适应控制系统的模型建立,对该系统的功率分配等进行分析;并借助AMESim软件对建立的模型进行仿真,得到相应的仿真参数和性能曲线。仿真结果表明:摊铺机功率自适应控制系统能很好地解决发动机工作效率低下的问题。
To solve the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption of engine in the working process, the paver pow-er-adaptive control system was proposed. In this system, the throttle was divided into several grades based on different power consump-tion of different paving width and the reasonable distribution of power between screw system and walking system was regulated to make sure the engine always worked on the governor characteristic curve and the output speed was stable while the power utilization was rea-sonable. Firstly, based on the principle of power adaptive, power consumption of some main parts of the paver was analyzed. On the ba-sis, the performance of paver power adaptive control system was analyzed through modeling and simulation, and with the simulation in-terface of AMESim, and curves were gained. The results show the paver power-adaptive control system does well in improving the work-ing efficiency.
