摘要
在普通心理学的课堂教学中引入小组教学不仅能够激发教育主体的教学积极性,也能够提升教师与学生的教学实践反思能力和研究能力.在实际小组教学操作中,有四个具体策略需要引起普通心理学任课教师的关注.第一,积极开展小组调查,激发小组互助研究能力;第二,成立教师辅导小组,发挥教师的小组控制功能;第三,培养与激发学生互助愿望,为学生创造研究互助的机会;第四,构建平等教学关系,建设多维课堂交流模式.
Introducing the 〞Group Teaching〞 into general psychology classroom teaching can not only inspire the teaching enthusiasm of the subject of education,but also can enhance the teachersˊand studentsˊteaching practice reflection ability and research ability. In the actual group teaching operation,there are four spe-cific strategies which need the teachers of general psychology pay attention to. First,developing the group investigation actively,inspiring the groupˊs mutual aid and research ability. Second,establishing the group of teachersˊguidance,playing the control function of the teacherˊs group. Third,cultivating and inspiring studentsˊdesire of mutual aid,creating opportunities for students to study and mutual aid. Forth,establishing equal relationship in teaching,constructing the multi-dimensional classroom com-munication mode.
