Research and Application of Integration of Blowout Prevention and Dust Collection Equipment in Drilling Boreholes Along Coal Seam

为了解决打钻期间的瓦斯和粉尘超限等问题,通过对打钻"三防"问题及其防治技术的分析,并结合打钻"三防"装置的工作原理和现场的应用情况,研制、改进和使用了防喷、除尘一体化装置。应用效果表明,该装置在顺层钻孔施工中应用后,对打钻期间的瓦斯和粉尘超限等问题起到控制作用。

To solve the problems of gas and dust overlimit in the process of drilling holes,through analyzing the ＂ three-prevention＂ problems and their prevention and control technology in drilling,based on the working principle and field application for the ＂ three-prevention＂ devices,the integration of blowout prevention and dust collection equipment was developed,improved and used. The application effects have shown that,with the application of this device in the construction of drilling boreholes along coal seam,the gas and coal dust overlimit are controlled in the process of drilling boreholes.
