摘要
首山一矿瓦斯突出回采工作面采空区瓦斯涌出量大,依靠风排瓦斯以及上隅角封堵技术难以满足瓦斯治理的需要。基于己15-17-12041回采工作面采空区埋管的瓦斯测定,分析了采空区瓦斯浓度分布规律。依据回采过程中上覆岩层裂隙发育状况,着重分析采空区瓦斯运移规律以及上隅角瓦斯聚积的原因。基于上述分析,提出全封闭高位巷采空区瓦斯抽采、大孔径穿层钻孔低位巷采空区瓦斯抽采结合上隅角低负压采空区瓦斯抽采的立体式采空区瓦斯综合治理方案。工程实践表明,回采期间己15-12030和己15-17-12041回采工作面上隅角及回风巷瓦斯浓度显著降低。
The goaf gas emission was heavy during gas outbursts working face mining in shoushan No. 1 Coal Mine,and it is difficult to satisfy the demands of gas control by using the technology of ventilation and plugging at upper corner. According to gas determination in goaf of Ⅵ15-17-12041 working face,the distribution laws of gas concentration were analysed. Based on the status quo of overlying strata fracture development during mining,the reasons for goaf gas migration and gas accumulation at upper corner were analysed emphatically. Through above analysis,comprehensive goaf gas drainage plan was put forward,including fully-closed high-level gas drainage roadway,floor gas drainage roadway using layer-through boreholes with large diameters and low negative pressure drainage technology at upper corner. Engineering practice has shown that,gas concentration at upper corner and air-return way on Ⅵ15-12030 and Ⅵ15-17-12041 working face decreased significantly.
