摘要
为解决矿井主要运输巷轨道运输中多部电机车调运存在的安全问题,对矿井运输系统进行了现场考察、研究分析,对比国内现有机车运输调度技术,结合矿井实际情况,在-300 m轨道巷安装了自动化调车系统。实践表明,该系统实现了机车的无线移动视频监控及安全调度功能,从而有效预防多列机车在同一巷道内运行时的安全隐患问题。
To solve the security problems of multiple motor vehicle transportation in mine main haulage roadway rail transport,through onsite visits and research on mine transportation system,comparing the domestic existing locomotive transportation scheduling technology,combined with the actual situation of the mine,automation dispatching system was installed in- 300 m track haulage roadway. Practices have shown that,the function of the locomotive wireless mobile video monitoring and security dispatch was realized. thereby,it can effectively prevent potential safety hazard of the columns of locomotives running in the same roadway.
