摘要
结合内蒙古自治区的气象灾害特点,立足于本地区的实际需求,利用手机作为气象灾害发布重要手段,依托于中国移动短信点对点互连协议及现有的气象局网络资源,提出并设计了基于气象实时数据库应用的手机短信预警信息发布平台建设的设想,形成内蒙古自治区级和各盟市、旗县的移动互联网服务体系,为提高气象灾害信息手机发布能力、发布时效提供基础平台支撑。
Combining with the disaster feature, chmate characteristics and reality demand of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the SMS alarm release platform is designed. It is based on the meteorological real-time database application and supported by China mobile SMS point-to-point interconnection agreement and existing network resources of the meteorological bureau. It is forming the mobile internet service system of the county seats and league in Inner Mongolia, which is improving the transmission capacity of special weather and saving the precious time.
