摘要 协同创新是新时期对创新的一种深入解读,高职院校在协同创新体系中具有重要的地位与作用。高职院校科研团队存在发展封闭、管理松散、绩效考核有待提高等问题。协同创新具有的协同性、共享性、高效性、持续性四个特点,可优化现有科研团队的组织模式。面向协同创新的科研团队优化组织模式可分为四类:基于项目的团队模式、基于共同体的团队模式、基于实体的团队模式、基于联盟的团队模式。 Collaborative innovation is an in-depth reading of the innovation in the new period and higher vocational college has an important position and role in the collaborative innovation system. The scientific research teams in higher vocational college have some problems including closed development, inattentive management and performance appraisal which remain to be improved. Collaborative innovation has four characteristics: collaboration, sharing, efficiency and sustainability, which can optimize existing problems in the team. The optimizing organization model which is geared to collaborative innovation can be divided into four categories: project-based team model, community- based team model, entity-based team model and alliance-based team model.
