Influence on Staff's Mental Health with Ideological and Political Work being Incorporated to EAP

目的:探索思想政治工作纳入EAP对员工心理健康的影响。方法:对照组心理专家进行EAP服务,实验组心理专家EAP服务和思想政治工作相结合。将SCL-90和CSQ测评结果进行自身对照和组间对照,将全部数据输入SPSS 17.0软件进行t检验。结果:EAP服务后SCL-90和应对方式(CSQ)各因子分优于EAP服务前,实验组在强迫、解决问题、合理化各因子均分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:说明思想政治工作纳入EAP能改善护理人员心理健康和生活质量。

Objective： To explore the influence of ideological and political work with EAP on Staff＇s mental health. Methods： The control group psychology experts have the EAP services, and psychological experts in the experimental group combine the ideological and political work with EAP services. Then make a self-control and group control of the evaluation resulting from SCL-90 and CSQ and all data shall be input into the SPSS 17.0 software for the t test. Results： With the service of EAP, the factor scores of SCL-90 and CSQ are better than before. And for the experimental group, they all have the better performance in forcing, problem solving, rationalization of the factors when compared with the control group, and the difference is statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of EAP in ideological and political work can improve mental health and quality of life of nursing staff.
