欧盟与台湾地区食品安全风险管理及责任保险发展的经验启示

Risk Management of Food Safety and Suggestions on the Liability Insurance——Based on the Structures of the EU and Taiwan

我国食品安全事故频发,严重影响了社会的和谐稳定,食品安全的风险管理与食品安全责任强制保险的试点推行成为了社会所关注的焦点。本文选取了具有代表性的欧盟以及我国台湾地区,对其食品安全风险管理体系与责任保险发展进行研究总结,之后在分析我国食品安全风险与食品安全责任保险发展现状的基础上,探究我国食品安全风险管理体系的建设与我国食品安全责任强制保险的发展路径。

Food safety accidents occur frequently in our country, which affect seriously the social harmony and stability. Risk management of food safety and pilot implementation of food safety liability compulsory insurance has become the focus of the society. This article selects European Union and Taiwan Region in our country as the representatives, summarizing their food safety risk management system and the development of liability insurance. After that the article analyzes the current situation of food safety risk as well as food safety liability insurance in our country, exploring the construction of food safety risk management system and the development path of our country＇ s food safety liability compulsory insurance.
