基于精密测距的红态圆柱钢坯轴心在线检测系统

摘要 红态圆柱钢坯的轴心线相对于模具中心线的偏差对动车组车轮的模压成型具有重要影响。为提高车轮的模压质量和原料成材率,基于高精度激光测距的方法,构建了可用于高温红态圆柱钢坯轴线检测的在线测量系统。首先通过测量位于同一水平截面上的圆柱表面不同4点到相应激光测距传感器的距离,分别得出模具中心线和钢坯轴心线相对于轧机中心线的坐标;然后利用坐标变换方法,计算出钢坯轴心线位置相对于模具中心线的偏差值;最后基于CANopen协议和通信转换模块构建多传感器检测网络,实现数据的传输与轴心偏差方位的直观显示。通过实际检测实验验证了检测系统与测量算法的有效性。 The position variance of hot cylindrical billet axial lead relative to the mold center line has important influence on the bullet trains compression molding. Based on precise rangefinder,a measurement system which used to measuring hot cylindrical billet axial lead was constructed. By measuring the distances between the cylindrical billet and laser displacement sensors which fixed on the mill,the coordinates of mold center and the billet axial lead can be determined. According to the coordinate transformation,the position variance of hot cylindrical billet axial lead relative to the mold center line was worked out. Based on CANopen protocol and communication conversion module,the multi-sensor detection network was proposed to realize the data transmission and visual displaying. The practicaldetection tests were given to illustrate the validity of the algorithm and the reliability of the measurement system.
