摘要
通过研究X荧光光谱仪对样品的定性分析,提出了一种基于模糊综合评判的X荧光光谱仪定性分析方法。通过模糊综合评判对若干关键参数进行数据融合,根据最终检测谱图结果来判断样品中某种元素存在的可能性。实验结果表明:该方法克服了单参数判断的局限性,提高了X荧光光谱仪定性分析的正确率。
Through study of qualitative analysis of X-ray fluorescence,a qualitative analysis method of X-ray fluorescence based on fuzzy comprehensive judgment was proposed. Some key parameters were extracted from theory and experiment and fused by fuzzy comprehensive judgment. On the basis of the result of fuzzy comprehensive judgment,the probability of certain element existing can be gotten. Experiment statistics had proven that it overcomes limitations on judgment of a single parameter and improves the correct rate of qualitative analysis.
