Surface treatment methods to improve adhesive cementation of zirconia-based ceramics

摘要 氧化锆陶瓷具有良好的美学性能、生物相容性和耐腐蚀性能,在口腔医学领域的应用日趋广泛。然而由于其化学惰性很高且不含玻璃相和二氧化硅,使用传统方法进行表面处理无法促进氧化锆陶瓷与树脂水门汀的黏结,造成临床上氧化锆修复体黏结后时有脱落。本文针对氧化锆陶瓷黏结前处理的原理、原则、操作进行阐述,以期为临床医生的黏结操作提供帮助。 Modern esthetic dentistry has highly recog- nized zirconia among other ceramic materials. However the bonding of zirconia frameworks to resin cements opened the room for discussion concerning its clinical durability. A vari- ety of surface treatment techniques have been advocated, which includes the use of acids, particle abrasion, adhesives and functional monomer. This article discusses various meth- odologies currently advocated for the surface treatment of zir- conia-based ceramics.
