纺锤体形Ag/ZnO异质结复合材料的制备及表征

摘要 本文采用一种操作简便、成本低廉的制备方法,即微波辅助多元醇法,对预先制备的纺锤体形Zn O表面进行修饰制得粒径均匀的纺锤体形Ag/Zn O异质结复合材料,并对其形貌、结构进行了表征,同时简单探讨了纺锤体Zn O的成形机理。
