摘要
小学少先队活动的主体是广大的加入少先队组织的在校少年儿童队员。主体概念弱化主要有三层含义:一是辅导员在活动中没有把队员置于主体的意识和理念,在活动中把自身置于优势地位;二是少先队员没有唤醒自身主体的意识,处于"被安置"、"听话"的地位;三是整个活动模式的价值取向是辅导员优先,少先队员在活动中"身在场、心不在场"。当前少先队活动主体概念弱化的现状:辅导员缺失队员才是主体的概念;少先队员缺失自身才是主体的概念;活动模式限制队员才是主体的概念。小学少先队活动主体概念弱化的成因:应试教育的严重干扰;学校对少先对活动价值认识不清;传统教育方式的严重影响。小学少先队活动主体概念弱化的解决之道:澄清少先队活动的价值;更新辅导员的"辅导观"和"主体观";训练队员具备"真正主体"的能力。
Young pioneers children in primary school are the main part of young pioneers activities. The meaning of the weakening of subject concept lies in three aspects:first,counselors occupied the dominant position and did not put the players into the body positions;second,pioneers placing themselves in a passive position and ignoring the conscious-ness of main concept;third,the entire activity patterns over valued the counselor priority. The current situation of the main activities of the young pioneers concept weakened is,to be specific,young pioneers children had limited conscious-ness of main concept,which due to the exam-oriented education. As a result,the key to solve this problem is that clari-fying the value of young pioneers activities,updating the main concept of counsellors,and training members of young pio-neers children to have the ability to be a real subject.
