幼儿园园长心理健康及其影响因素的调查分析

On the Correlational Research of the Preschool Principals' Mental Health and the Influential Factors

为了评定幼儿园园长的心理健康状况,采取整群抽取四川省2014年国培参培园长99名为调查对象进行SCL-90测试。结果发现:有31.3%的园长存在心理障碍,主要表现在敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性四个因子方面的健康水平明显低于全国成人水平;园长心理健康水平明显受园长所处的地理位置、年龄、教龄、职称和获奖情况的影响。建议:社会和政府要关注乡镇及以下农村幼儿园园长的心理健康;家长要支持幼儿园教育;评定园长能力高低不能只看其职称或获奖情况;充分发挥园务委员会的管理作用以减轻园长工作压力;园长要学会自我心理维护。

In order to evaluate the condition of the preschool principalsˊmental health,it were tested with SCL-90 scale that 99 preschool principals joined in trainning of countryˊs plan in 2014 in Sichuan Province. It wasdicovered that 31. 3﹪ of the preschool principals showed psychological barriers,especially in hostility,terror,paranoia,psychotic. Their geographical location,age,teaching age,professional post and awards affect the standard of of their mental health. The advice was given that the society and the government pay attention to the mental health of the preschool principalsˊin the countryside,especially,in the town and village,that preschool childrenˊs parents support the education in the kindergarten, that prefessional post and awards are not the only standard to assess the ability,that the committee in the kindergarten should play enough role of management,that preschool principals learn maintaining their own psychology.
