义务教育阶段学校办学质量提高的思考

Thought of Improving Quality of Schools in Compulsory Education Stage

为了教育事业的健康成长,应按照自由竞争原则,最大限度地提高投入与产出的效益,同时能有效体现教育公平及地区均衡。民办的教育效率比公办教育的高,但规范性仍显不足。在实际工作中,教育公益性与民办教育的营利性没有必然冲突,要通过加强政府投入、鼓励公办学校转制、创新学区制方式来有效提高义务教育阶段的办学质量。

For the sake of sound growth of the education career,we can maximize the benefits of the input and out-put by means of free competition principle,and effectively embody education fairness and regional balance simultaneous-ly. Private education efficiency is higher than that of public education,but there still exists normalization deficiency. In the actual work,private education and public education have no inevitable conflict. It is necessary to effectively improve the quality of compulsory education by strengthening the government investment,encouraging the conversion of public ed-ucation and innovating educational system.
