基于专利的河北省农业科技自主创新能力现状分析

Study on the Independent Innovation Ability of Agricultural Science and Technology in Hebei Province Based on Patents

采用文献计量学与统计学方法,以国家知识产权局专利数据库为平台,检索2004—2013年河北省申请的农业专利信息。从专利数量、类型、专利领域分布、专利申请主体等方面分析了河北省农业科技自主创新能力现状,并在此基础上,提出了提高农业自主创新能力的对策。

By means of literature metrology and statistics method, with the database of the State Intellectual Property Office patents as the platform, retrieval of Hebei province to apply for 2004—2013 years of agricultural patent information. From the number of patents, patent field types, distribution, patent application subject analysis of the Hebei agricultural science and technology independent innovation ability present situation, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures for improving agricultural independent innovation ability.
