摘要
介绍了焊接构架式转向架弹簧分析计算,该转向架采用内、外不同高度的两级刚度弹簧,在空车时外圆弹簧承载;在重车时内、外弹簧承受重车的载荷。通过计算得出内、外弹簧最优化结构及参数。
This paper introduces the analysis and calculation of the welded frame bogie spring. The bogie frame adopts the inner, outer two different heights of grade stiffness spring. In the empty when the spring has a smaller stiffness, can increase the empty static deflection of spring, prevent empty state axle load loss. Through calculation, find the most optimal structure and parameters.
