摘要
以体育锻炼对大学生焦虑影响的整体效应和调节效应两种效应值(Hedgesd值)展开元分析,对有关体育锻炼对焦虑情绪影响的30篇研究文献总共5 685人研究对象进行了总的量化回顾。结果证实:体育锻炼能显著降低大学生的焦虑水平,随机模型的总效应值为-0.656。其中通过STAI量表测量的特质焦虑效应值-1.074最高,通过赛前情绪T量表测量的交往焦虑效应值-0.211最低;对女生干预的效应值比男生大;总效应值异质性Q值为297.175;通过亚组分析以及连续数量Meta回归分析发现:异质性主要出现在实验法中的组内比较、调查法中的组间比较、发表过的文献、以华东地区大学生人群为研究对象的研究、2008年出现的相关文献得出的效应值、每次运动的时间一小时以内。针对12篇文章4 506人研究对象关于大学生体育锻炼行为的元分析结果显示:锻炼时间4—9周、锻炼频率1—2次、每次锻炼时间1—2小时、中等运动量效应值最大。
In this paper,the objective was to meta-analyse effect size( ES: Hedges d) of physical exercise on College Students anxiety through overall effect and exploratory moderator analyses. In eligible studies( 30 pieces of literature,5685 subjects),the results confirmed: physical exercise can significantly reduce college studentsanxiety level,the total ES of random model is-0. 656,which include the highest ES-1. 074 measured by STAI,and the lowest ES-0. 211 measured by Pre-competition Emotion T scale. The ES on girls is higher than on boys; the total ES heterogeneity of Q value is 297. 175,the subgroup analysis as well as meta regression analysis found that heterogeneity occurred mainly during the experiment group comparison,the investigation group comparison,the published literature,the research in East China College Students Group,the research literature that emerged in 2008,the ES of each excercise time of 1 hour. Based on the research object of 12 articles,4506 students concerning physical exercise behavior of college students affect anxiety,another meta analysis results show that moderate exercise ES on anxiety occur in exercise time 4—9 weeks,frequency of exercise 1—2 times,every time 1—2 hours.
