摘要
目的:观察离心阻力运动治疗跟腱痛的临床疗效。方法:规定跟腱痛患者在膝关节屈曲和伸展两种条件下分别做跟腱离心阻力运动和跟腱被动拉伸运动。每组重复15次;每次三组,每天两次,共12周。结果:在12周结束时,82例患者痊愈59例(71.95%);显效16例(19.51%);有效五例(6.10%);两例无效(2.44%)。总有效率97.56%。结论:离心阻力运动治疗跟腱痛有良好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective: To assess the efficacy of eccentric resistance exercise therapy against achilles tendon pain. Methods: For the patients suffering from achilles tendon pain,eccentric resistance exercise and passive stretch exercise were performed with the knee straight and slightly bent respectively,3 sets of 10 repetitions,twice daily for 12 weeks. Results: After therapy,59 patients( 71. 95%) were clinically cured,16( 9. 51%) remarkably improved,and 5( 6. 10%) improved,and 2( 2. 44%) unchanged. The efficiency was 97. 56%. Conclusion: Our results suggested that eccentric resistance exercise therapy is effective and should be considered as first-line treatment in achilles tendon pain.
