城乡金融排斥与区域金融发展空间分异——基于河南省126个县(市)数据的实证分析

Urban and rural financial exclusion and spatial differentiation of regional financial development——Empirical analysis of data from 126 counties in Henan Province

利用Matlab工具,结合1990-2012年河南省各地区金融相关比率数据,分析其金融发展空间格局演化动态特征,结果表明在样本考察期内,豫北农业地区金融发展水平内部差异较小,豫东农业地区金融发展水平内部差异较大。运用Acr GIS工具就河南金融发展空间格局的影响因素进行地理加权回归分析时发现,河南省县域金融发展有着较为显著的空间依赖性,工业发展水平是县域金融发展空间异质性的主导因素,而金融地理排斥则进一步扩大了城乡工业发展的差距。建议传统农业地区地方政府应减少行政干预导致的金融排斥,给予中小企业更多的金融支持并促进县域经济产业协作、强化空间联系。

Matlab tools and data about financial ratios in different regions of Henan Province from 1990 to 2012 are applied to analyze the evolutionary dynamics of the financial development spatial pattern. It has been proved that the internal difference of financial development level is insignificant in agricultural regions in the north of Henan Province but significant in the east of the province. Meanwhile AerGIS tools are applied to conduct geographically weighted regression analysis of the factors affecting the financial devel- opment spatial pattern in Henan, and it has been discovered that county financial development in Henan has remarkable spatial de- pendence, and industry development level is a dominant factor of spatial heterogeneity in county financial development, and financial geography rejection has enlarged the gap of industry development between urban and rural areas. Therefore it is proposed that the lo- cal government in traditional agriculture regions should decrease administrative interventions leading to financial exclusion, offer more financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises and promote cooperation between industries in county economy to strengthen spatial connection.
