数字网络平台的发展为学术期刊积极寻求一条有效而持续的发展路径创设了有利的机遇,但同时亦伴随着一定的风险。在分析其给学术期刊发展带来的机遇与危机的基础上,提出在数字网络视野下树立正确的信息意识、积极构建有利于学术期刊发展的支持体系等对策,以有效化解数字网络环境下学术期刊发展所面临的危机。

The development of the digital network platform creates favorable opportunities for academic periodicals to actively seek an effective and sustainable developmental path, hut at the same time it also brings certain risks. In view of the opportunities and risks in academic periodical development, strategies are proposed to solve the crisis in the digital network environment. The strategies include fostering correct consciousness of information and constructing supporting system which is advantageous to the development of academic periodicals.
