摘要
采用碳纤维负载钴酞菁和苯磺酸钠制备出对活性染料具有高效降解的新型催化功能纤维(CoPc-CF),讨论了温度、pH对CoPc-CF/H2O2体系催化氧化染料性能的影响,并研究了在无机盐(NaCl、Na2SO4)和异丙醇存在下对染料催化降解速率的影响,以及不同活性染料对其催化降解性能的影响。结果表明:提高温度,能明显促进染料的氧化降解;CoPc-CF/H2O2体系在中性和弱碱性中都具有较好的催化降解性能;NaCl和Na2SO4的存在对CoPc-CF/H2O2体系的催化氧化没有影响,而异丙醇的加入有明显地抑制作用;CoPc-CF/H2O2体系对不同活性染料催化氧化速率有很大的影响。
Cobalt phthalocyanine supported with carbon fiber and sodium benzenesulfonate were used to prepare new catalysis fiber with high efficient degradation (CoPc-CF). The influences of temperature and pH on CoPc-CF/H2O2 catalytic oxidation dye property were discussed. Besides, effects of NaCl, Na2SO4 and isopropanol on catalytic degradation rate of dyes were studied. As well, effects of different reactive dyes on catalytic degradation property were investigated. The results show that the rise in temperature can obviously promote oxidative degradation of dyes; CoPc-CF/H2O2 system has good catalytic degradation property in neutral and alkalescence solution; the existence of NaCl and Na2SO4 imposes no impact on CoPc-CF/H2O2 catalytic oxidation, while the addition of isopropanol has significant inhibiting effect; CoPc-CF/H2O2 system has great effects on catalytic oxidation rate of different reactive dyes.
