摘要
着重探讨细纱机智能落纱机性能特点,分析智能落纱机的工作效能。通过智能落纱机和人工落纱对比,结果表明:使用智能落纱机能节约落纱时间,保证成纱质量,降低工人的劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,是解决当前纺织业招工难和用工成本高等问题的有效途径。
This paper discusses the property characteristics of spinning machine intelligent doffer and analyzes the working efficiency of intelligent doffer. The results of comparing intelligent doffer and manual doffing indicate intelligent doffer can save doffing time, ensure yarn quality, reduce workers＇ labor intensity and improve labor productivity. It is an effective method to solve labor shortage of textile enterprises and high labor cost.
