In allusion to severe situations faced by spinning enterprises, This paper analyzes the approaches to solve the plight, in combination of necessary measures and achievements of Chuniiang Light Textile Group, it is believed that enterprises can reduce labor cost, increase added value of products, walk out of plight and develop sustainably through technological innovation, management innovation, reduction of labor force, product structure adjustment and continuous development of products needed by the market.
