摘要
随着研究生教育规模的扩大,研究生培养过程中遇到的问题也越来越复杂,如何面对"扩招后"现象,是教育者应当认真思考的问题,本文结合工作实际着眼于如何提高艺术院校研究生教学质量这一普遍存在于艺术院校的热点问题,展开思考。
With the expansion of the scale of graduate education, problems in the process of cultivating graduate students are becoming more and more complex. How to face the phenomenon after expansion , educators should seriously think about it . This paper , based on the practical work , discusses how to improve graduate students＇ teaching quality , then think about it seriously .
