The development of market economy leads to a variety of management concepts and philosophy of China 's enterprises. Among them , enterprise culture, which represents not only the characteristics but also the competitive power of a enterprise, is one of the core competences in an enterprise. Based on the current situation in China, it is critical for Chinese enterprises to pay much attention to the construction of modern enterprise-culture system.
