Modifying Existing Cotton Type Polyester Staple Fiber Production Line into a Flexible Line

通过对普通涤纶短纤生产线进行柔性化改造,使其成为既能生产棉型纤维又能生产中空纤维的新型柔性生产线,不仅可拓宽纤维品种,还节省了投资,是纤维生产商应对多变化纤市场的一种选择。本文拟为老生产线改造提供可行性技术依据。

Modifying an existing polyester staple production line into a flexible line and making it capable of producing both solid polyester staple fiber and hollow fiber will not only extend product range, but also reduce investment cost, offering another option for fiber producers to cope with the fast-changing chemical fiber market. This paper aims at providing a feasible technological basis for the modification of existing production lines.
