摘要
传统(铁砲)粗纱机存在的缺陷有传动机构复杂、粗纱的前后排张力和伸长率差异较大、设备故障率较高、生产效率较低、铁砲粗纱机维修操作繁琐、工人劳动强度高等。对此,文章介绍了对传统(铁砲)粗纱机进行改造升级的措施及改造升级后取得的效果分析。
Traditional （cone） roving frame has many shortcomings, such as complicate driving mechanism, big front-back difference in the tension and elongation of the roving, high machine failure rate, low production efficiency, heavy maintenance tasks and high labor intensity. To overcome these shortcomings, the article introduces some measures for modifying traditional （cone） roving frame and analyzes the results achieved after modification.
