The ecological construction and minority areas'economic and social development has there lationship that promoting,restriction and complement each other.Strengthening the ecological construction of Hezhe settlements,ecological and environmental protection,increasing the intensity of Sanjiang plain and improving the ecological level of science and technology, strengthening the education of ecological environment,improving people's livelihood,have become the inevitable choices to realize the economic development,social progress,cultural prosperity and good ecology of Hezhe settlements.
