The realization and protection of patients＇ moral rights is essential.At present, it＇ s a trend that the realization and protection of pa-tients＇ moral rights is being enhanced while it＇ s a fact that it is far from the patients＇ expectation.Many vicious events occur frequently nowadays, which caused by the violation of patients＇ moral rights.As a consequence, we must fundamentally deepen the reform of the medical system to cre-ate a sound environment, and we should guarantee the improvement of the level of medical ethics and medical humanities .Furthermore, improve-ment of hospital work mechanism is needed to explore the effective path .
